Previously Secret Information
Sunday, November 20, 2011 from 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM (PST)
San Francisco, CA
"Previously Secret Information"
is a modern American storytelling show for grown ups. Somewhere between the most hilarious stand-up comedy and the most revealing solo performance is the art of telling a great story. Each performer draws you in with a simple vivid narrative without Hollywood's special effects. Honest, thoughtful and cathartically funny, these storytellers hold nothing back. With universal themes and a personal approach, each month's show presents the newest breed of comedic storytellers in San Francisco at Stage Werx Theatre.

"How I Made My First Friend in New England"
How far would you go to make new friends? James joins a Boston LGBT Scuba club in a bid to make some new friends but it goes awry when he gets locked out of the cage in open water with a 12 foot angry 450 pound angry shark.
"Dad, With a Squirt Gun"
Dealing with family, hospital staff and thirty years of unresolved issues, Joe hangs onto the memory of one perfect day from childhood to deal with his Fathers impending death. Sounds wonderfully, right? It is.
"My Fourth Arrest"
Four years of 80+ hours/week to pay off student loans was almost over, a first (road) trip to New York to pick up a best friend was beginning with the sunrise on a normal weekday morning… and the police. The Southeast police.
“Wont Do Stand-up from a Wheelchair”
Sandi was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 1995. She was advancing so rapidly that they told her she was going to be in a wheel chair within 5 years. Two things Sandi did not think she looked good in, one was green, the other was wheelchairs. Two thing saved Sandi; Stem cells and a $10.99 box of comedy tapes.
